EU Fundamental Rights Agency report on data protection reform published
EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) published its the report “European Union data protection reform: new fundamental rights guarantees”. This report summarises the discussions that took place at the 3rd FRA Annual Symposium, which was held in Vienna on May 10th. Vagelis Papakonstantinou from MPlegal (PKpartners Law Firm) participated to the symposium as a speaker on the right to data portability.

PKpartners Law Firm renamed to MPlegal
Since February 2012 PKpartners Law Firm is renamed to MPlegal – Markopoulou-Papakonstantinou and Associates Law Firm and Vassiliki Tsoukala joined the partners’ team. This is an exciting change for us that, among others, will give us the opportunity to revisit our internet presence (namely, the pkpartners.gr website, as well as, the techlaw.gr IT law law text repository).
