Chrysanthi Varnava is a lawyer and the founder of the law firm TLS Partners, Chrysanthi Varnava & Co LLC in Limassol, Cyprus. She holds an LLB and an LLM in International Business Law from England. Admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2012, her practice includes commercial and civil litigation, corporate law, real estate, foreign investments, international tax planning, and trusts. In addition, Chrysanthi is a licensed insolvency practitioner, specializing in the dissolution and liquidation of Cyprus companies since 2015 and she regularly serving as liquidator in insolvency procedures. She is also a licensed mediator and arbitrator, with extensive experience in dispute resolution. Chrysanthi has extensive experience in corporate structures, trusts, restructuring and investments vehicles, particularly with regard to high-net-worth individuals, real estate, conveyancing, wills, succession, probate and trust. She regularly advises companies and individuals on complex shareholders’ agreements, trust deeds and issues relating to shareholder disputes, directors’ duties and corporate governance matters.
