EU Fundamental Rights Agency report on data protection reform published
EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) published its the report “European Union data protection reform: new fundamental rights guarantees”. This report summarises the discussions that took place at the 3rd FRA Annual Symposium, which was held in Vienna on May 10th. Vagelis Papakonstantinou from MPlegal (PKpartners Law Firm) participated to the symposium as a speaker on the right to data portability.
